Is it safe?

  • Yes. you are coming to a reputable artist who follows all recommended safety precautions.

  • Please be honest about any medical conditions and follow day of / aftercare protocols.

Is it ok to get a tattoo while I’m sick?

  • Not a great idea. Your body is already fighting whatever is happening in your system and it needs to focus on that. Not to mention, I don’t want to get sick. Just communicate with me and we will rebook.

What should I do the day of my appointment?

  • Before your appointment, shower, eat a hearty meal, and do not put on any scented products or perfumes.

  • Please refrain from drug and alcohol use, as it has a negative effect on the tattooing process and healing.

  • The space is small so please keep friends to a minimum.

Where do I park?

  • Parking in San Francisco can be difficult. I suggest coming early and making sure not to leave anything in your car. ( seriously.)

  • you may consider parking at a garage and taking an Uber/lyft.

How do I reschedule or cancel appointments?

  • There is a link in the confirmation email that allows for changes.

Do you use safe equipment?

  • Yes. All needles and tubes are sterile and used only one time.

Aftercare instructions:

  • Leave bandage on for several hours or overnight

  • Remove bandage in shower and wash gently with your hand and mild soap

  • Pat dry gently with a clean towel

  • Put on an unscented, mild lotion (Lubriderm, Aveeno) a few times a day or whenever it feels dry during the healing process.

  • No strenuous exercise (including yoga) for 1-1/2 weeks. 

  • No swimming, hot tubs, or saunas.

  • After healing, always use sunscreen.

What not to do:

  • Do Not pick at the healing skin.

  • Do Not scratch.

  • Do Not soak.

  • Do Not expose to sun.

  • Do Not Shave the area until you are healed.
