WHAT TO DO:

1. 1.Leave bandage on for several hours or overnight
   

2. 2.Remove bandage in shower and wash gently with your hand and mild soap
   

3. 3.Pat dry gently with a clean towel
   

4. 4.Put on an unscented, mild lotion (Lubriderm, Aveeno) a few times a day or whenever it feels dry during the healing process.
   

5. 5.No strenuous exercise (including yoga) for 1-1/2 weeks.  No swimming, hot tubs or saunas.
   

6. 6.After healing, always use sunscreen.
