WHAT TO DO:

1. 1.Leave bandage on for several hours or overnight
   

2. 2.Remove bandage in shower and wash gently with your hand and mild soap
   

3. 3.Pat dry gently with a clean towel
   

4. 4.Put on an unscented, mild lotion (Lubriderm, Aveeno) a few times a day or whenever it feels dry during the healing process.
   

5. 5.No strenuous exercise (including yoga) for about one week.  No swimming, hot tubs or saunas.
   

6. 6.After healing, always use sunscreen.
